We provide a full range of mental health and related collaborative multi-disciplinary services for active-duty and retired service members and their dependents.  Growth of the organization will include extending this full range of services to first responders, victims and anyone impacted by exposure to trauma.

Our non-profit allows us to offer this evidence-based patient-focused care, regardless of insurance limitations and ability to pay out-of-pocket, until recovery is established by measurable outcomes including reduction or absence of symptoms and sustainable high quality of life measures.

Founded, directed and operated by the clinical service providers, all assessment and treatment provided by our organization are authorized directly by the collaborative multi disciplinary patient treatment team, guided by empirical evidence and objective clinical outcome measures. Treatment is based on need and effectiveness of treatment.

Treatment funding will be allotted to individual clients on an as-needed bases and drawn from the foundation account following delivery of services and submission of a claims detailing services provided, commensurate with industry standard billing practice.

Symptom recovery and other appropriate metrics will be tracked with repeated administration of objective assessment measures, consistent with the patient treatment plan. Non-attributional outcome of treatment metrics will be tracked in a private and confidential manner, consistent with all legal and ethical standards, updated every 30-days, and published for review on a quarterly basis.
